The breakfast offered a great selection. The bed felt really comfortable. The showers provided excellent water pressure. The late check-out provided flexibility. The facilities were excellent. The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything.
The mini fridge did not work as intended.

Wonderful Stay

lovely person really good service pleasant team
Alice provided really good customer service. She contacted us about our room. It was my partner's birthday and she assisted to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I appreciated the service. The reception team, Paige and Ella, are an asset to the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always pleasant and polite. Millie helped ensure our event ran smoothly for both days.
The pool use involved an additional cost. I was not informed about the pool opening times upon arrival.

the hotel's location made it easy to explore the city center on foot. i found the breakfast very satisfying with a good variety of options. the staff were helpful and responded quickly to my request for extra towels (they arrived within minutes).
the television remote in my room had worn-out batteries, requiring a trip to the reception desk for replacements.
